About Workplace Wellness by Tondra

Workplace Wellness by Tondra was created because traditional wellness doesn't work for working people. After 17 years in high-demand industrial operations, founder Tondra Patton experienced firsthand the physical toll of prolonged sitting, stress, and limited movement. Later, while managing fitness facilities, she saw the same pattern everywhere, good intentions, poor follow-through, and wellness that didn't fit real workdays.

Following hip replacement surgery in 2025, the solution became clear: short, intentional movement integrated into the workday.

We bring 15–20 minute, office-friendly wellness sessions directly to workplaces, no gym, no equipment, no disruption. Our focus on Monday morning movement helps teams reset, prevent injury, and start the week strong.

Meet the Team

Tondra Patton – Founder & Wellness Director

Tondra Patton is the founder of Workplace Wellness by Tondra and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in hip and back mobility for desk workers. Before wellness, she spent 17 years in industrial operations at British Petroleum, working long, seated shifts in one of Northwest Indiana's most demanding environments. That experience, and a hip replacement surgery in 2025, revealed why traditional fitness fails working professionals.

Today, Tondra designs and leads workplace wellness programs that integrate short, accessible movement into the workday. As Wellness Director, she develops corporate partnerships and delivers chair-based mobility sessions that prevent injury, reduce tension, and help teams start the week strong, especially on Monday mornings.

Anthony Patton Jr. – Workplace Fitness Trainer

Anthony Patton Jr. is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer bringing fresh energy, current fitness science, and real-world practicality to workplace wellness. A lifelong athlete and full-time college student, Anthony understands how to balance fitness with busy schedules and limited time. His background assisting HIIT classes taught him how to modify movements for all fitness levels and adapt to space constraints, making him a natural fit for workplace environments.

At Workplace Wellness by Tondra, Anthony leads office-friendly strength and conditioning sessions focused on posture correction, core stability, and energy management for desk workers. His goal is simple: help people feel stronger, move better, and stay energized, without needing a gym.

Amirh Miles – Stretch & Wellness Specialist

Amirh Miles is a movement and wellness specialist with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, NASM personal training certification, and advanced training in manual stretch therapy. Her science-based approach allows her to identify the root causes of chronic tension and design targeted solutions for desk workers dealing with neck, shoulder, hip, and mobility issues.

At Workplace Wellness by Tondra, Amirh leads hands-on stretch sessions, individualized assessments, and mobility-focused interventions that provide lasting relief. She also integrates plant-based wellness nutrition to support energy and recovery. Amirh's holistic approach helps employees move better, feel better, and show up stronger, both at work and beyond.
